At Guided Gear Inspired, each item is made to order just for you. This allows us to offer unique, original designs while reducing overproduction and waste.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated shipping times (after processing):

• United States: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If you need additional assistance, reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
